Question:
 

How long will it take to complete my wedding stationery order?
Answer:    

I offer a very efficient service but i do appreciate at least 6-10 weeks to complete and send your wedding stationery order. Urgent orders can be carried out in within 7-14 days if required but please contact me first.  Shop orders take around 7-14 days

 

Question:  

Online shop Despatch times?

Answer:     

All order are processed as soon as they are received but please bear in mind that some items have to be made and therefore the process time will take a little longer most item are usually dispatched within 2-14 days depending on the

item ordered .

 

Question:  

Minimum Orders and what if I need extras later?

Answer:     

There is no minimum, order as all items are made to order, if you require more at a later date either email or phone with your request.

 

Question:  

Can you print my guests names for me?
Answer:    

 Yes, you can supply a list of names via email, at present there is no extra charge for the cost of this service on the day/evening invites and on your place setting cards.

 

Question:

 Can I order stationery items that are not on your list that match my wedding stationery?
Answer:    

Yes, i can produce whatever stationery requirements you want. just ask and i will give a price.

 

Question:  

Can I order my invites and then when I know final guest names and numbers order my                                    place-settings, Menus, Order of Service etc?
Answer:     

Yes, if you require co-ordinating items from any range but have not finalised the necessary details, don’t panic. Feel free to order your stationery in stages, but when doing so bear in mind that a £8.00 P&P is charged for every parcel sent however big or small which is sent via special delivery or courier.

 

Question:  

 Regarding the Order of Service, by "printed" what does this mean?
Answer:      

This means i print the Order of Service insert details, i will then send a proof for you to check before going to print. The printed price includes four A5 sides, extra pages will be charged at .15p per side.

 

Question:   

How and when do I pay?
Answer:    

 I send an invoice with your proofs, and ask for this to be paid before i proceed with your wedding  stationery order.  If  booking more the six months before your stationery is required all you will need to pay is a £50 deposit until 6 weeks prior to requiring your invites and the balance will then be due. Online shop purchases are payable online at time of order via secure paypal payment gateway.

 

Question:     

 Out of stock shop items?

Answer:         

A certain amount of stock is carried although some items have to be order as they are not carried in stock such as the preserved rose petals, please allow upto four weeks for these items in some cases as during busy periods the ordering process from the supplier is longer as the items are produced. If am item is out of stock and I cannot give you a date as to when I will receive it and be able to forward onto you, I will refund you for the item and cancel it from your order if you wish to do so.

 

Question:    

Can I have my own ideas made into  my wedding stationery?

Answer:      

Yes, within reason. I will try and design you own invites using the information and ideas you supply. Due to the time involved in creating design there is a bespoke service fee of £40 payable prior which will be refunded upon ordering over the value of  £150 on stationery.

 

Question:     

The colour on the website is different to the actual colour sample I received?

Answer:       

Please note colours on the website are digital reproductions and will vary due to many different  factors such as vga settings on computers, camera flash etc. If you require a definate colour match  please purchase a sample of the item you require.

 How do I order?

Answer :        

You can contact me either via email, phone or if you are local to the Newport area arrange a consultation in my studio. Orders can be processed by any of the above options and payments can  be made via paypal or by cheque.

Samples?

Answer:        

 Samples can be purchased via the online shop at a cost of £4.00  per card invitation or £6.00 per  scroll invitation.

 

Question:       Shipping Charges?

Answer:          The shipping charges for all orders are as follows, items are well packaged in boxes and bubble wrap

                       For UK mainland orders our shipping rates are as follows:

                       Order value under £9.99 - only £1.99

                        Order value between £10 and £24.99 - £2.49

                       Order value between £25 and £49.99 - £3.49

                       Orders over £50 - FREE!

                       Parcels will be sent by First Class Post  (recorded) or by Courier, depending upon the weight.  If an item                        does not arrive then a claim is made against the third party who has been contracted to deliver your item.                         A refund will be made once the third party refund is received after they have investigated the claim and                                        given a refund for non delivery.

Questions:   Can I return my purchase?

Answer:       You cannot return items simply because you have changed your mind or because you have ordered the wrong colour or item. Returns can only be made for items were I have made an error or the item is faulty. If returning an item it has to be within 7 days of receiving the item and returned in the original packaging unopened and in perfect condition prior agreement for the return must be made. A refund will be made within 14 days once the item is received back minus a restocking  fee of 20% of the value of the order and the original p&p charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the items is also your responsibility.

do not disclose buyers information to third parties.
I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
I will not e-mail you in the future only regarding the order which is being processed, I do not carry out email marketing.
